Where is size guide for certain product?
Size guide button available under the name of the product. Click size guide to view size chart of that specific item.
Q. Are your products Original ?
Products are 100% Original just 6 months to 1 year old auctioned lots.
Are these defected or used?
We don’t sell used or defected pieces.
When you will restock this product? I want it but my size is sold out
Its not possible to restock a product unless or until its leftover is available in the textile mill. Usually leftovers are not available again since we don’t manufacture any product .
What if i didn’t like the product or having size issues?
All products sold on website can be returned or exchanged within 07 days of purchase
How can you guarantee your products are original?
We show real pics and more to it now we have store where you can come and check products by yourself. Having said that , we have 07 days return and exchange policy in which We will cover the delivery charges(Up-to 300 rupees) as well.
How can the prices of your shirts are so low? For instance , polo ralph lauren?
We buy authentic garments from mills where these are available as leftovers. Prices at brands stores are obviously high as compared to the prices of mills where these products are manufactured.
Why the size of this product bigger or smaller ? I usually wear Medium but according to your size chart , i should wear small or large.
There are more than 8 type of sizing in the world. e.g American Sizing , European Sizing , French Sizing , Japan Sizing , Singapore Sizing , hongkong Sizing. An American Medium would be equal to European Large , Japanese XL , Singapore XXL. So always look at the size chart before you order online.

What is your return and exchange policy?
• In case of Exchange/Return You Have to Ship The Items Back To Our Address
Important : Exchange / Return will only be processed if the Returned Merchandise is unused / Unwashed and with all original Accessories i.e Tag, Label & Poly Bag etc
How will I get My refund?
There are two options for refund:

Cash Back
What’s Coupon Code?
You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can later on use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.
What’s Cash Back?
If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer.
What is courier policy?
• According to COURIER policy, Customers aren't allowed to Open the Parcel and check it before making the full payment.
